About the role
The Fantasy Designer (“FD”) is a sex-positive and creative professional that brings our clients’ most intimate and erotic desires to life in a fully customized intimacy space. This role leads the room/space design process, informed by their own experience and consultations with the client that explores their erotic aspirations and boundaries. Our ideal candidates will blend their passion and experience in a sexology-related field with a professional background in interior design.
Intimacy spaces can be residential or commercial, and intended for individual, couple, or group needs. Our definition of “spaces” will often involve interior rooms, however could potentially involve exterior/outdoor, vehicles (RV’s, vans), or watercraft – virtually anywhere a discerning client may want to explore their sensual desires. Commercial applications could involve erotic vacation rentals, luxury hotel honeymoon suites, swinger clubs, or adult resorts.
As part of our growth model, we are looking to build a strong network of Fantasy Designers across the U.S. – multiple opportunities exist for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
Leveraging your sex/intimacy coaching skills and experience, meet with clients in-person (ideally) or remotely over two to three roughly one-hour sessions to explore their erotic boundaries, style, expectations, budget, and other relevant needs.
From those consultations, document the client’s fantasies and inputs in terms of requirements for the design of their Fantasy Suite.
Leveraging the documented requirements, your skills and trade tools/applications, create the necessary space designs and any associated Shopping Lists for furnishings, décor, equipment, toys, or other items or needs to bring the Fantasy Suite to life.
Collaborate with the Fantasy Build team to ensure all Fantasy Suite designs are feasible within any constraints, like budget, time and construction needs.
Collaborate with the Fantasy Build team to ensure that the Build process results in your envisioned Designs, including proper installation of any furnishings, décor, equipment, and other necessary items.
When necessary, collaborate with approved third-parties to create custom furnishings or equipment, or source specialty items as needed.
Lead activity to properly stage the Fantasy Suite with all planned items and features.
Lead the Big Reveal or Fantasy Suite presentation to clients.
Contribute to the growth and improvement of Fantasy Suites by contributing ideas and expertise, sharing experiences, and attending events as agreed.
Candidate Qualifications:
Four or more years of professional experience in high-end Residential or Commercial Interior Design
A sex-positive individual who can lead clients through a verbal exploration of their intimate desires

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible schedule, including potential for evenings or weekends
Ideal Candidate:
Eight or more years of professional experience in high-end Residential and Commercial Interior Design
Professionally credentialled in a Sexology field (Coaching, Counseling, or Therapy) -- or willing to earn a professional credential
Active in one or more sex-positive Lifestyles, including BDSM, Swinging, Polyamory
A demonstrated thought leader in intimacy and/or interior design, with a strong social media following and track record of publishing quality content

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible schedule, including potential for evenings or weekends
